This one-day luxury retreat is designed to help you feel supported, energised and aligned. A day to reconnect with your body, your breath and your sense of self.
The experience includes a cacao ceremony, gentle yoga, meditation, sound healing, reiki, oracle cards and journalling. We’ll also take a grounding walk in nature to reconnect and reset.
