Leesa was navigating the grief of losing her mum to cancer, while Victoria was going through an incredibly difficult breakup.
Two very different experiences, but both needed the same thing.
To get out. To walk. To talk. To rant. To ramble.
Those walks became a chance to get things off their chests, talk about life and feel a little lighter by the time they got home.
And they realised how powerful something so simple could be.
What if other people needed this too?
So Rant & Ramble began.
What started with a handful of people walking together quickly grew.
People came because they were grieving, lonely, overwhelmed, new to the area or simply fancied a walk and a chat.
Strangers became friends.
People came back.
And a community began to form.
Hundreds of people dancing together first thing in the morning.
No alcohol.
No pressure.
Just pure energy, connection and release.
What happened next was beyond anything we could have imagined.
Our coffee raves exploded.
Videos travelled across social media.
Events grew.
New cities started calling.
People travelled to experience them.
But underneath the music, the dancing and the madness, the reason we do it has never changed.
To bring people together.
Because life is better when we feel connected.
And sometimes an hour of walking, talking, dancing or laughing with other people can change the entire direction of your day.
Maybe even more than that.
This is Rant & Ramble.
And we’re only just getting started.
Maybe you've been watching us for months.
Maybe you've nearly booked three times.
Maybe you don't have anyone to come with.
Maybe you're worried everyone else will already know each other.
Maybe you're thinking this isn't really “your sort of thing”.
Come anyway.
Because behind every packed rave, every walk and every video you see online are people who once stood outside wondering whether they were brave enough to walk in.
They did.
And we're bloody glad they did.
Now it's your turn.
COME AS YOU ARE.
LEAVE LIGHTER.
